We have a heap ofBy: Jeff P. on 26 May 2016We have a heap of failed prints from the Nylon 230 (at 230-232 degrees). I suspect it's too soft for the stock stepper wheels to grip reliably, and prints fail part way through due to the extruder failing to extrude (on a flashed Da Vinci). It also seems to vary in thickness from 1.6mm to 1.9mm which is a bit out of spec but I don't think this is the main issue. We've now gone to Nylon Bridge at 238-244 degrees and not had any failures with the same drive wheels. As always, 3d Printer Gear provide excellent service and of course this does not reflect on them.
