No matter if you’re a student, a designer or an engineer at some point you stumbled upon the need to make an idea real. Zortrax M200 allows you to do just that. You can create high precision, durable models of any shapes and in 11 Z-ABS colors.
An all metal extruder capable of 380°C and a carefully designed transition region assure trouble free printing with a range of materials.
The use of a two-part platform allows for easy removal after the print has finished. Thanks to this feature the model can be easily removed without causing any calibration issues. Perforations on the platforrm ensure the part stays flat and prevent the part from peeling off during the printing process. The platform is heated to the correct temperature for each type of filament, with a wide range of temperatures (from 20 C to 110 C).
AUTO - CALIBRATION
The printer is fitted with an innovative calibration system which makes sure that the platform is levelled correctly every time. There are calibration points located on the platform itself which calculate its exact position. The system is able to determine if the platoform has a slight tilt and the extruder can then adapt to the position of the platform while it's putting down the first layers.
X AND Y SYSTEM
A system of dual X and Y axises is used to move the extruder with high precision. Stability and quality of printing is greatly improved throught the use of 8 smooth rods.
SINGLE EXTRUDER SUPPORT
Intelligent support creation allows support structures for complex models wihtout the need of dual exturders or additional material. Support structures are efficient and easy to remove. The system is optimized to use only the exact amount of material needed to support the model.
