Smart Printing with RFID

Bambu PA6-CF features an embedded RFID chip that stores all essential printing parameters. When loaded onto a compatible printer, the AMS (Automatic Material System) reads the RFID chip, automatically retrieving the necessary settings. This eliminates the need for manual configuration, making the printing process more efficient and user-friendly.

Printing Tips

  • Drying conditions: 80℃ for 10 hrs. PA6-CF is highly sensitive to humidity. For optimal printing performance, further drying is recommended before use and after storage. For more details, please refer to: Filament drying instructions on WIKI.
  • Handling Support Structures: When printing a model with support, remove the support structure within 2 hours to prevent it from becoming difficult to remove after being damp and softened. If difficult to remove, dry the prints, let them cool, and then remove the support.
  • Waterproofing: Fully impregnating the surface of the prints with paint, wax, and other water-proof coatings can inhibit water absorption and prevent them from becoming soft.
