Workflow Overview

True Cast Resin follows a simple print + wash + (recommended) cure workflow prior to investing. Following the recommended post-processing can help reduce defects during casting.

  • Wash: 5 min in IPA or ethyl alcohol (≥ 91%). Dry thoroughly (compressed/forced air). Then spray/rinse with fresh solvent and dry again.
  • Cure (recommended): Form Cure V2: 3 min, no heat (ambient). (Alternate guidance: 10 min, no heat in Form Cure or equivalent.)
  • Invest & burnout: Follow your foundry’s burnout schedule and the manufacturer’s guidance for design/latticing to achieve clean burnout and reliable cast results.
