Giveaway Terms and Conditions
 

Effective Date: From the date of publication until the 999th eligible review is received.
 

1. Promoter Identification

This promotional giveaway (“Promotion”) is administered and conducted by 3D Printer Gear Pty Ltd (ABN: 76 662 174 745), a company duly incorporated and registered in the Commonwealth of Australia, having its principal business address at 781 High Street, Reservoir, Victoria 3073, Australia (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”). All inquiries relating to this Promotion should be directed to 3D Printer Gear’s customer service line on 1300 334 327 or via the official website located at www.3dprintergear.com.au.
 

2. Eligibility Criteria

Participation in the Promotion is open to any individual who, at the time of entry, meets all of the following conditions:

  • Is a natural person aged 18 years or over;
  • Is a legal resident of Australia with a valid Australian shipping address;
  • Has completed at least one bona fide purchase transaction (either online or in-store) with 3D Printer Gear;
  • Submits an original and truthful review via Google Reviews for 3D Printer Gear within the Promotion Period, including relevant commentary on the products, service experience, or overall satisfaction;
  • Agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Promoter, and their affiliated or subsidiary companies, may participate in the Promotion provided they meet the above criteria; however, they may be excluded from winning at the sole discretion of the Promoter to maintain perceived impartiality.
 

3. Promotional Mechanics and Entry Method

To validly enter the Promotion, eligible individuals must do the following:

  • Visit the Google business listing of 3D Printer Gear;
  • Leave a public review on the listing that reflects their genuine and considered opinion, including feedback on how the business could improve;
  • Ensure the review is submitted under their own account and is visible to the public;
  • Optionally provide a screenshot of their review or identifiable reference to their order to assist with verification.

Each review is treated as one (1) unique entry. Customers who have made multiple purchases may submit multiple reviews, provided each is based on a separate transaction and offers new, relevant feedback. Spam, duplicate, or insincere reviews will be disqualified.
 

4. Promotion Duration

The Promotion is valid from its launch date and will continue until the Promoter receives a cumulative total of 999 published, qualifying Google Reviews. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or curtail the Promotion Period without prior notice, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to insufficient entry numbers, technical interference, or force majeure.
 

5. Description of Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Bambu Lab H2D Combo 3D Printer with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of AUD $3,599. This includes the printer, accessories, and any bundled items deemed standard by the manufacturer or Promoter at the time of prize fulfillment. The prize is not exchangeable for cash, store credit, or any other product or benefit, and is non-transferable. No compensation will be offered in lieu of the prize.
 

6. Selection of Winner

Once the milestone of 999 valid Google Reviews is reached, a random draw will be conducted within 14 business days by an authorised representative of the Promoter. All valid entries will be aggregated and the winner will be selected using a secure, auditable randomisation method to ensure fairness and impartiality. The decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
 

7. Notification and Delivery

The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of purchase (email address and/or phone number). In the absence of a direct contact method, the Promoter may post a public notice via their website or social media channels requesting the winner to come forward. If the prize is not claimed within 30 calendar days of the draw date, a redraw will occur. Shipping of the prize will be organised by the Promoter to the winner's nominated Australian address at no additional cost.

 

8. Unclaimed Prize Procedure

Should the original prize go unclaimed or be rejected, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a secondary draw using the same method and from the same pool of valid entries. This process will repeat every 30 days until the prize is successfully claimed and delivered, or the Promoter reasonably deems the prize to be forfeited after three unsuccessful attempts.
 

9. Personal Information and Privacy

Entrants’ personal data is collected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Information submitted will only be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion, identifying entrants, and contacting the winner. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent, unless required by law. 3D Printer Gear takes reasonable steps to store entrant information securely and destroy it once it is no longer needed for legal or business purposes.

 

10. Legal Compliance

This Promotion constitutes a “Trade Promotion Lottery” under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). In Victoria, trade promotions are not subject to permit requirements provided there is no fee to enter and the total prize value does not exceed AUD $5,000. The Promoter affirms that this Promotion complies with all relevant state and territory regulations, and reserves the right to amend terms at any time to maintain compliance with any change in law or regulatory guidance.

 

11. General Conditions and Disclaimers

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting false or misleading information, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, fraud, or technical failures. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries.

 

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google LLC or any of its affiliates.

 

For any disputes, the governing law shall be the law of the State of Victoria, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the Commonwealth of Australia.
