Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business Days: Shipping and processing occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Australia Post Standard

Australia Post Express

TNT

  • Description: Ideal for large or bulk orders requiring secure handling.
  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days, depending on destination.
  • Special Features: May require a signature on delivery.

 

Toll/IPEC

  • Description: Reliable courier for heavy or time-sensitive shipments.
  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days.
  • Special Features: Suitable for business and residential deliveries.

  • Chosen Shipping Method

Delivery Notes

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If you authorize a parcel to be left unattended, 3D Printer Gear and the carrier are not responsible for loss or damage.
  • Signature on Delivery: Required for some orders for added security.
  • Delivery to PO Boxes: Available via Australia Post services.
  • Remote Areas: Additional fees or longer delivery times may apply for TNT and Toll/IPEC deliveries to remote areas.

 

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Missing Items

Notify us immediately if any items are missing, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Items
