350℃ (662°F) High-Temperature Nozzle

Unlock the full potential of high-temperature engineering filaments with a 350℃ (662°F) nozzle. Achieve superior layer bonding when printing demanding materials like PPA-CF, PPS, and PPS-CF, resulting in stronger, more reliable parts built for performance.

65℃ (149°F) Active Chamber Heating & Cooling

Equipped with a 65°C active chamber heater and adaptive air circulation, the H2D Pro intelligently manages chamber temperature for optimal printing. Active flaps control internal and external airflow based on filament type, preventing low-temperature clogs, reducing high-temperature warping, improving layer bonding, and fully leveraging each material's strengths.

Toolhead Enhanced Cooling Fan

A new high-performance fan integrated into the toolhead front cover effectively cools the extruder and hotend heatsink. This intelligent temperature control mitigates potential clogging and filament jamming in challenging environments, enabling a 3°C increase in the recommended printer operating temperature.

 

Tungsten Carbide Super Durable Nozzle

With an HRA 90 hardness rating compared to hardened steel's 74, the H2D Pro’s tungsten carbide nozzle offers exceptional wear resistance. This durability delivers up to 50% longer lifespan when printing abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments, reducing maintenance and ensuring consistent print quality.

 

Vision Encoder

The H2D Pro features an ultra-high precision vision encoder plate with 5µm resolution optical measurement to calibrate toolhead movement. This advanced system delivers consistent, distance-independent 50µm motion accuracy across the entire build area, laying a strong foundation for producing highly accurate prints.

 

 

 

Heavy Duty Air Filtration

For optimal air filtration, the H2D Pro integrates a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and a premium coconut shell activated carbon filter. This enhanced system effectively minimizes odors and particulates, making it especially beneficial when printing in less ventilated spaces.
