Workflow Overview

Custom Tray Resin uses a validated Print + Wash + Post-cure workflow. For biocompatibility compliance, use dedicated equipment (build platform and wash setup) that is not mixed with other resins.

  • Print using the recommended preset for your printer and validated layer thickness.
  • Wash in ≥99% IPA (e.g., 10 minutes in a validated wash unit) until clean.
  • Air dry completely (at least 30 minutes).
  • Post-cure using a validated cycle (e.g., 30 minutes at 60°C in Form Cure).
  • Finish supports carefully and inspect for cracks before clinical use.
