In addition, we offer 12 months of warranty and our 12-month Hot Swap promise for added peace of mind on our Classroom Creator package and 24 months of warranty and Hot Swap on our Maker Space and Learning Lab packages. With Hot Swap, we’ll replace your 3D printer in the unlikely event that something goes wrong so that there are minimal interruptions to your students’ learning.
We’re committed to providing a sustainable 3D printing service to your institution, so we have several options to choose from at the end of your contract. Early Upgrade We understand that 3D printing technology is innovating rapidly and want to ensure students have access to the latest and greatest. With Early Upgrade, you can upgrade your 3D printer to the latest version at a discounted price before the end of your contract. $1 Buyout Option At the end of your contract we give you the option to buy your 3D printer for $1 so that you can own it outright and continue using it in your classroom for years to come. Upcycling and Recycling To ensure your 3D printer has a long and valuable life, we offer an upcycling and recycling program for schools that have completed their contract and are ready to upgrade to a new package. We take the old printers back and supply them to schools in need, including regional schools to ensure even more students can learn through the power of 3D printing.
