How it works
1. Get your quote
Add what you need to your cart, then use Request a Quote. Enter your school or department name and delivery postcode and we create a formal quote on the spot, with delivery priced, and email it to you as a PDF. No account and no payment needed.
2. Raise your purchase order
Raise your PO against the quote number and email it to admin@3dprintergear.com.au. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
3. We ship and invoice
We dispatch your order and email a tax invoice that shows your PO number. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, by bank transfer using the details on the invoice or by card from the Pay Invoices page in your account.
What you get
- A formal quote on 3D Printer Gear letterhead with our ABN (76 662 174 745), the subtotal before GST, the GST amount and the total, with delivery included.
- A tax invoice that carries your PO number and the same figures, so it reconciles first time.

Common questions
Do we need a credit application or an account?
No. Australian schools, TAFEs, universities and government agencies are approved for 30-day terms on an official purchase order.
Are prices ex GST or inc GST?
Prices on the website include GST. The cart and the quote page both show the total excluding GST as well, and the quote and invoice list the subtotal before GST, the GST amount and the total.
How long is a quote valid?
30 days from the date it is issued.
Where do we send the purchase order?
Email it to admin@3dprintergear.com.au and quote the quote number. We confirm by email and dispatch.
Can the invoice be paid by card?
Yes. Pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice, or by card from the Pay Invoices page in your account.
