• Remove the front cover, then use an H2.0 hex key to remove the side screw securing the driven-wheel bracket—take care to retain the internal spring and end cap during disassembly.

• To reinstall: place the spring and end cap correctly, pre-lock the side screw lightly (2–3 turns), reattach the front cover, tighten all screws, and reconnect the filament sensor—ensuring the FPC cable is routed smoothly and not pinched.
