Installation & Maintenance Tips:

Ensure the printer is powered off and unplugged before servicing. To replace the filament cutter lever:

1. Remove the toolhead front cover and the extruder filament sensor carefully to avoid damaging the ribbon cable.
2. Loosen the side idler tension screw slightly and remove the four screws securing the extruder unit front cover. Then remove the front cover.
3. Press the snap ring to remove it, and then remove the washer and lever.
4. Install the new lever in the sequence: lever → washer → snap ring, then secure it with the BT2.6 screw.
5. Reattach the front cover, fix the filament sensor base and PTFE tube, reinstall the nozzle and front cover, then test to ensure the lever rebounds smoothly without sticking.
