The Core Innovation: Swaptek, Nine Tools in One Printer

Each of the H3C's nine tools has its own filament path and heating element and stays loaded and pre-heated, so a tool change takes about six seconds with minimal waste. Active Pre-Heat reads the upcoming G-code and brings the next nozzle up to temperature while the current tool is still printing. The printer docks each tool automatically, compensates tool offsets and levels the full bed before every print, and while it prints the rack folds the guide tubes back for a clear view of the plate, less vibration and extra Z height.

Fast and Self-Calibrating

A motion platform 40% lighter than its predecessor reaches 1,400 mm/s with 25,000 mm/s² acceleration, and calibration is fully automatic, with zero-touch auto calibration before you print.

FlexFeed: 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm in One Print

The FlexFeed extruder takes both 1.75 mm and 2.85 mm filament and switches between them on the fly. A dedicated 2.85 mm TPU path gives up to three times the flow of a classic printer and handles TPU as soft as 75A.

Soft and Rigid in One Build

Bambu Lab's demo trail shoe pairs an ultra-soft upper with a high-rebound sole, printed in TPU 75A and 90A together in a single build.

Fine Detail and Speed in the Same Print

Each tool can run its own nozzle size, from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm. Bambu Lab's demo watch came off the printer as one print: crisp dial details from a 0.2 mm nozzle, a rigid case from a 0.4 mm nozzle, and a soft TPU strap on 2.85 mm filament.

Hardened by Default

All nine tools use fully hardened steel nozzles rated HRC 55+, and every tool heats to 350°C.

AMS 3H Included: Sealed, Drying, Nine Spools

The AMS 3H holds nine spools in a sealed, airtight chamber, with a built-in drying module that heats to 85°C while you print and dedicated TPU inlets. Add an AMS to tool 1 to expand to 24 materials, or an AMS 2 Pro or AMS HT for extra drying capacity.

Heated Chamber and Cooling

The build chamber is actively heated to 65°C. Cooling comes from a CFD-designed part-cooling fan, two side chamber fans, a toolhead fan and a rear chamber fan.

Instant Colour Mixing

Load Bambu Lab's new PLA Palette, with cyan, magenta, yellow and white bases plus a translucent black, and the H3C mixes colours on the fly from those five base filaments.
