Workflow Overview

Denture Base Resin is a print → wash → post-cure workflow. For intended performance and biocompatibility, use compatible equipment and follow the validated steps in the IFU and Digital Dentures application guidance.

  • Print with the recommended preset for your printer and shade (use the latest PreForm Dental libraries).
  • Wash using the validated alcohol wash method and timings in the IFU. Avoid cross-contamination with non-biocompatible resins.
  • Post-cure using the validated method.

Form Cure V2 note: Denture Base Resin must be cured submerged in glycerin for 15 minutes at 80 °C in Form Cure V2. (For other curing units, follow the IFU.)

  • Finish & polish using conventional denture finishing techniques to achieve a smooth, natural-looking surface.

Tip: For full dentures, Denture Base Resin is commonly paired with Formlabs denture teeth materials or compatible tooth systems. Follow the recommended assembly/bonding steps from the application guidance and your tooth system manufacturer.
