Prusa CORE One PA Nylon Powder-coated Print Sheet

Spring steel print sheet with a powder-coated PA nylon surface, designed for printing polyamide-based filaments on the Prusa CORE One.

Notes

Designed for polyamide-based materials, especially Prusament PA11 Carbon Fiber Black.
Other materials tend to detach during printing; suitable only for polyamide-based materials and PETG.
Surface should be cleaned only with pure water.
Using isopropyl alcohol or acetone will damage the surface.
No glue stick required or recommended.
Consumable part; surface coatings are designed to diminish over time and cosmetic wear does not affect function.
New sheet batch (July – August 2024) will feature a slightly rougher texture, with no impact on print properties.
On the Original Prusa MK4, nozzle marks may appear at Z probing points, which do not affect printability.
