Overview

The Prusa USS Drybox is a sealed filament container you print from. Put the spool in, feed the filament out through the quick-access port, and leave the roll in there until it is empty. Prusa built it with hydrophobic materials and a proper seal, so with a 50 g silica gel pack inside it holds around 10% relative humidity for weeks, and its testing shows about 95% less moisture uptake than a spool left in open air. A central opening drops it straight onto the Prusa bayonet spool holder, the flat sides stack, and a built-in hygrometer and thermometer show what is happening inside without opening the lid.
