Low VOC emissions
Alpha Resins are the first resin printing materials to achieve UL GREENGUARD Gold, an independent standard certifying low VOC emissions for homes, offices and schools, when printed on Form Studio 1 with the VOC Extractor. The certification covers the printing process, not just the finished part.
Skin-safe parts
Post-processed parts meet ISO 10993 requirements for long-term (more than 30 day) skin contact, so they suit wearables and high-contact applications.
Minimise risks
The liquid resin scored as a non-skin irritant under OECD 439, a standard commonly used in the cosmetics industry, to minimise risks from incidental contact.
Low-odour components
Formulated with low-odour chemicals for a more pleasant printing experience.
