The Prusa Pro HT90 is a delta kinematics 3D printer featuring a cylindrical print area (Ø300 × 400 mm), ideally suited for printing with advanced materials like ABS, ASA, PCCF, and PA. Its heated chamber, capable of reaching temperatures up to 90 °C, along with a cutting-edge cooling system, ensures exceptional layer adhesion and superior print quality.

This printer allows for the creation of large-scale objects free from warping, poor overhangs, or layer separation. The Input Shaper technology facilitates the rapid production of prototypes using materials such as PLA, PETG, and similar filaments, which remain stable even within the closed chamber.

The HT90 includes swappable print heads, one of which is a high-temperature nozzle that heats up to 500 °C, making it suitable for processing demanding materials like PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, and PEI (Ultem) for small to medium-sized prints. It stands out as the most cost-effective solution for handling high-performance filaments. A built-in recirculation loop continually cleans the chamber air with a HEPA filter. Both High-Flow and High-Temperature print heads come standard with the printer.
